For this new build in Greenbrae, our clients envisioned a home for their family of four that was modern and neutral, filled with texture and statement lighting. We partnered with their architect to make subtle functional tweaks to the plans, ensuring their ground-up build functions for how they live as a family. From natural stone, to zellige tile, to unlacquered brass hardware + plumbing, to linen window treatments, we choose finishes with texture and depth to create a warm, yet minimal vibe. The result is a modern, warm family home that reflects their European roots.
